我公司生產(chǎn)的氯甲院專用加料管，已經(jīng)申請國家專利。其特點在于襯層采用特殊工藝成型的PFA材料，內(nèi)管脹接，外管膠接加固定銷固定，所有法蘭接口均采用整體模壓成型。由于是同種襯層PFA材料，所有焊縫的焊接完全融合成一體。避免了焊縫在高溫和高氣流震動的情況下開裂和產(chǎn)生泄器的危險。該PFA加料管可以在200°c高溫長時間運行，具有耐強腐蝕和強滲透的特點。
